I love the adoption badges you have. However, I have one question. Why isn’t there one for birth parents? As a birth mother who used American Adoptions, I’m proud of the decision I made. I have never had a second thought, no matter how sad I felt. AA is a wonderful agency that I am more than happy to promote. The services that’s been provided to me and the parents I got to choose to be the parents of my son, what a gift & treasure you folks are. 18 years has gone by so fast, I didn’t think this way all those years ago when I handed my child to the woman he calls mom. I’m a proud birth mother and I think there are others like me who would love to share it with the world. I have shared my story with many others when asked. My dream of becoming a social worker did happen in 2005, I was so blessed to have a wonderful specialist with AA & I wanted to help others as well.
